:-) La ubicacion excelente, muy cerca del metro y de restaurantes. El dpto muy comodo y el desayuno exquisito!!! La atencion de Marine excelente, muy amable y preocupada de los detalles!!! Un agrado!!!

uper Lage, ruhige Fußgängerseitenstraße einer 10 m entfernten Fußgängerstraße mit vielen Käse-, Wein-, tollen Fischgeschäften. Cafes und Bistros sowieso. Die nette Wirtin bringt das Frühstück und holt es wieder ab. Leckere Croissants, ausreichend Baguette, selbstgemachte Marmelade, frisch gepressten O-saft. Metro 300 m entfernt.
Excellent location and extremely friendly owner. Breakfast was excellent. Would happily stay there again.

:-) Great location in a gorgeous neighbourhood of old Paris. Shops and cafes galore on your doorstep. Yet tucked away and a quiet location. Lovely spacious apartment. With a lovely host in Marine that will help with all your needs.

:-) Mysigt boende. Nära till Rue Mouffetard med restauranger och små lokala butiker. Rummet trevligt. Sköna sängar. Marine är trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

:-) Nous avons apprécié le confort et l’accueil. Décoration recherchée et harmonieuse. Petit salon séparé de la chambre très agréable quand on rentre après une journée de visites ! Facilité pour les déplacements à moins de 5 min de la station de métro. Le quartier est très agréable. Manque un peu de salé au petit déjeuner ( par exemple fromage et/ou jambon)même si les croissants et brioches étaient excellents

:-) A beautifully presented apartment in the quietest of locations. Warm croissants and baguettes brought in by the owner for breakfast every day - what more could you ask for?
:-) Lugn och fin miljö, underbar svit. Värdinnan är mycket serviceminded, generös och vänlig. Hon hjälpte oss med bordsbokningen på sin favoritrestaurang. Underbart med personliga tips! Vi vill gärna återvända!

:-) The B&B was a one bedroom house including a lounge, bedroom (2 x single beds) and shower room. The location was excellent for all amenities and 20 min walk through a magnificent park to the River Seine to pick up the Batobus.
:-) This was a gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. Easy walking to many main attractions and the river. Beautiful cafes and shops all through this area. Located on the ground floor with a proper shower! Our host was really friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful, thank you!
:-) The apartment is perfectly and is near everything in the Latin district. Marine the owner is amazing and very kind and helped us a lot. the breakfast is great and generous so all in all a great value for money. also the apartment is very clean.
:-( A small refrigerator would be a great addition and a fan for the summer hot days. also, sometimes you can hear the people in the alley but that is the price for living in the city and in such a great location.
:-) The lady who manages this apartment is the most friendly person we've stayed with and really put in effort to make sure we had a good stay. Breakfast delivered straight from the local bakery. Facilities are really good, bed very comfy as well. The area is really nice as well, lots of local really high quality eateries and bars and very short walk to the tube station.

:-) Tout y est :les bruits des passants, la musique, la vie parisienne telle que l'on peut l'imaginer, les bâtiments Haussmaniens,les pavés,les boutiques....dont je n'ai eu,je pense qu'un aperçu en 2 jours. Merci pour votre accueil, merci pour le soin que vous apportez à ce petit nid et pour tous les petits détails ! Au plaisir d'y revenir non pas dans un cadre professionnel mais avec ma petite famille.

:-) The elegant studio is only a footstep away from the charming Rue Mouffetard. Yet it is in a very quiet location in a yard at a nice passage. Our host Marine created a splendid atmosphere.

:-) Nachdem ich wechselnde Erfahrungen mit den klassischen Hotelzimmern in Paris gemacht habe und mich dabei regelmäßig in so kleinen Kämmerchen wiedergefunden habe, dass es bereits schwierig war, den Koffer zu öffnen, war ich froh auf diese Alternative gestoßen zu sein. Es handelte sich um ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit Schlaf-, Wohn- und Badezimmer mit einem eigenen Hauseingang. Das Gebäude liegt in einer ruhigen Passage angrenzend an ein Viertel mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants. Die Metro erreicht man in wenigen Minuten, was auch mit schwerem Gepäck gut machbar ist. Den Jardin des Plantes habe ich zu Fuß in etwa fünf den Jardin du Luxembourg in etwa 12 Minuten erreicht. Das Frühstück wird morgens zur verabredeten Zeit von der sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin vorbeigebracht und ist - für Pariser Verhältnisse - sehr reichhaltig. Den Ausblick in den Hof fand ich sehr hübsch. Das Bett war außerordentlich bequem. Hierher werde ich sicher öfters kommen.

:-) The location is absolutely fantastic. Right on a bustling little market street with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We couldnt fault it. The apartment itself is lovely. Much nicer than a hotel. As Marine was away we had breakfast served next door in the cafe and it was perfect. I would certainly recommend the apartment to anyone.
:-( Only suggestion I would make is that perhaps a little mini fridge would be useful to keep milk or water cool.

“This was the perfect location. Steps away from a great cafe good food, great for people watching. The pedestrian only street had great shops of every kind. I cannot say enough about Marina who made us feel right at home. The e-mails she sent prior to our stay were very helpful with directions from the airport where to drop our luggage, parking and, generally confirming our stay. Believe me, there were some in our family who booked an air B&B and found out when they landed they had nowhere to stay that night. As for the room(s) nicely decorated they were very comfortable, clean without that awful disinfectant smell! The bathroom was large with a great shower, it was all the comforts of home without a kitchen, and who needs a kitchen when you are in Paris! Thank you Marina.”
